Our team had a two days experience -sharing and discipline forming training at Ethiopian Airlines Aviation Academy which was held on April 9 & 10, 2021. 

The training was given by Ato Eskinder Alemu (CEO of Ethiopian Airports), where he shared the historical background of the company, their customer-centric work culture, crisis management skill, HRM and a lot more which made the Ethiopian Airlines, an Airline of choice.

During our stay we also visited many operational units of the Airlines including, the Aviation Academy practical training simulators, the cargo hold and the hanger maintenance unit which provides services for planes all across the world.

There was much we observed that can be learnt from the Airlines. Their focus on delivering a customer-centric experience is an inspiration from all to learn. Their planning and preparation in the daily operation of the Airport Enterprise is of such methodical nature that it warrants all and much more the appreciation it gets. In the end, we would like to extend our appreciation and state we have never been more proud of our Ethiopian. Indeed, Fly Ethiopian.
