On April 3rd, 2021 Deborah Foundation successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Haramaya University. This partnership will help to promote, protect and ensure the full and equal enjoyment of the right to education and health of people with intellectual disability. The main objectives of these MOU are ensuring accessibility of education, access to quality health care, building capacity of teachers and schools, elimination of barriers to the enjoyment of the right to education, elimination of barriers to quality health services, and ensuring appropriate policy & legal frame works are in place.
